Magnetic Edge
How composed leaders win people over and build buy-in
Noor Rhijnsburger · Former Formula 1 engineer
Why can a strategy stall even when it's the right one? What makes people follow a leader even when times are tough? And is that a skill you're born with, or one you can develop?
These are the questions Noor Rhijnsburger, a Formula 1 engineer turned commercial leader, set out to answer. She applied the instincts honed finding extra speed on the track to an entirely different driver of performance: how leaders inspire people to follow. This practical book is the result.

- Stay clear-headed when pressure spikes, instead of reacting and regretting
- Read what's actually driving a negotiation, not just what's being said
